Intelligent Technological System for Solar Panel protection
Maximized Protection and Cost Savings for Solar Panels
Innovative Approach to Solar Panel Maintenance
Yamba Energy has developed an innovative system that replaces the conventional configuration of solar panels, primarily in water reservoirs. The system developed by top minds is protected by legal patents in several countries and is currently being implemented at various locations nationwide. We aim to redefine renewable practices for sustainable future.
Yamba Energy is a worldwide success.
Solar Panel protection using a specialized polymer developed to provide comprehensive protection.
The system includes a unique polymer roll, designed to comprehensively protect the panels from dirt, dust, and bird droppings. The polymer does not compromise panel efficiency, allows a portion of sunlight rays to pass through and withstands high temperatures (up to 150 degrees Celsius).
The advantages of Yamba Energy
Financial and manual Labor Saving
Panel protection and polymer replacement are carried out hands-free, ensuring maximum panel efficiency while achieving cost-effective implementation.
Preservation of Manufacturer's Data
The panel is fully protected, thus dirt does not affect manufacturer's data.
High Quality
The system is composed of high-quality materials and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Easy and straightforward operation
The operation is easily conducted through a dedicated application.
Recyclable Materials
The polymer is fully recyclable.
100% Protection and Cleaning
Completely protected from dust and dirt infiltration
A fully protected solar panel, completely impervious to dirt, dust and bird dropping, eliminating the need for manual cleaning.
The system suitable for:
The system is designed for energy companies and maintenance companies that specialize in solar panel installations over water reservoirs. Furthermore, the company will also provide maintenance solutions for ground-mounted solar panels, so there’s much to look forward to.

Q&A
The polymer provides complete protection for the panel without any impact on performance. Over the course of a year, the company developed a unique polymer in collaboration with ROP to ensure maximum panel protection.
Certainly, the developed polymer withstands weather conditions and is resistant to natural damages. The polymer is securely attached to the panel, providing comprehensive protection. Once the polymer becomes soiled, it is remotely replaced with a fresh one, ensuring the panel’s efficiency is maintained.
Absolutely. This is a non-intrusive covering method that doesn’t damage the glass in comparison to manual cleaning or cleaning with equipment and brushes. Therefore, the polymer preserves manufacturer data and doesn’t harm or affect the panel’s glass. Furthermore, all the existing cleaning methods in the market today are performed during daylight, which contradicts the manufacturer’s warranty.
Indeed. The system operates by replacing a new polymer layer in place of the soiled one and polymer rolls can be purchased through the company. The roll replacement process is very simple and is usually done once a year.
On average, the polymer layer covering the panel should be replaced once a month in order to maintain system integrity. However, this can vary based on different factors and the panel’s location. For instance, panels situated in a desert environment will soil faster due to sandstorms, while panels located over water reservoirs will become soiled more rapidly (from bird nesting), necessitating more frequent replacement.
Yes. The system is remotely controlled through an application and with a press of a button, a new polymer layer is dispensed while the soiled layer accumulates at the other end.
Absolutely. The company prioritizes environmental sustainability and therefore, all components of the system are made from recyclable materials.
Currently, the maintenance and cleaning of panels are carried out using the following methods: manual cleaning with brushes and light water rinsing, equipment and robots and water spraying for cleaning through various means. However, these methods do not provide comprehensive solutions for panel maintenance:
- The panel remains soiled for a significant number of days, not reaching its maximum output.
- The cleaning methods are costly.
- They adversely affect the panel’s glass.
- They compromise the manufacturer’s warranty.
This involves a covering method utilizing a polymer that protect the panels from dust, debris and bird nesting, rather than a cleaning method. In other words, the panels are not exposed to contaminants but are protected by an automatically replaceable covering layer. In essence, while existing solutions in the market provide treatment, Yamba Energy’s approach acts as a preventive measure.
The system is suitable for energy companies and maintenance companies specializing in solar panels installed over water reservoirs, particularly. Furthermore, the company will provide maintenance solutions for ground-mounted solar panels as well.
Absolutely. The system is patented and legally protected in several countries worldwide.
